| New organization and important personnel announcement following the merger
of Japan Air Gases and Air Liquide Japan (August 27, 2007) |
Japan Air Gases Ltd. and Air Liquide Japan, Ltd. will be merged as of September
1st, 2007 with Air Liquide Japan Ltd. being the remaining Company. As of
the same date and subject to Board approval, Air Liquide Japan Ltd. will
implement Internal Company System to keep continuity and autonomy of both
business activities: Gas & Service and Engineering & Construction.
Gas & Service activity will continue to be conducted by Japan Air Gases
Company of Air Liquide Japan Ltd. Engineering & Construction will continue
to be conducted by Air Liquide Engineering Japan Company (of Air Liquide
Japan Ltd.) Important personnel appointments of ALJ will be as follows.
