Launch of “I-NET”,the dedicated
Medical Dealers Association of Japan Air Gases

In addition to the existing dealers association “D-NET” started in 2004, Japan Air Gases (JAG) announces the launch of a new organization dedicated to dealers specialized in the Medical Gas & Service field: “I-Net”, and, the inauguration meeting of I-Net was recently held in Tokyo, attended by more than 30 founding member companies.
The new organization aims at strengthening the existing partnerships between JAG and its key Medical Dealers and accelerating together the development of the medical Gas & Services business. The Japanese Healthcare market offers some important future growth potential but will also be facing a tougher and even more challenging environment in relation with the implementation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Laws to the whole Medical supply chain, and the continuous pressure to reduce costs along with declining drug price trends.
In this environment, “I-Net” will provide and organize sharing of good manufacturing practices, business development, marketing efforts and innovations between members benefiting from the unique strong support of Air Liquide Healthcare worldwide organization as well as from the effective market experience of all its members.
At the meeting, Mr. Guy Salzgeber, President & CEO of Japan Air Gases,

we are aiming at accelerating the sharing of the Group’s world-wide experience
and innovations with our “I-Net” members. Our ambition is to serve patients
