Japan Air Gases becomes a 100% affiliate of Air Liquide Group (March 5, 2007）

Following the announcement made on December 21st 2006 regarding the purchase
of the 45% minority share in Japan Air Gases (JAG) by Air Liquide, we are
pleased to announce that the transaction was completed as planned on 1st
of March, 2007 in Tokyo.
JAG has now become a 100% affiliate of Air Liquide Group which will allow it to better support its customers in their development around the world, as well as play a key role in the Japan technical hub of Air Liquide for Asia.
On the same day after the conclusion of this transaction, the Board Meeting and Shareholders Meeting of JAG were held, and following members were appointed as Directors of the Board and Executive Officers of JAG.
