Personnel change of Directors March 2, 2005

At
the Nomination Committee on February 25, 2005, and the Board Meeting on
March 1, 2005, Japan Air Gases Ltd. has made an informal decision of
personnel change of the Directors as follows. Selection and appointment of
the Directors will be formally approved at the General Shareholders’ Meeting on March 22, 2005. Following this event,
selection and appointment of the Chairman of the Board and Executive
Officers will be formally approved at the Board Meeting on the same day.
